About this notice
This notice describes the information used when you contact Roshposh LLC through this website. For questions about your information, contact contact@roshposhllc.com.
Information you choose to share
A game pitch may include your name, email address, optional studio and country, game details, a project link, a short description and any results you choose to provide. Please do not include source code, passwords or confidential credentials.
Email-based submissions
In the default email mode, the form prepares an email on your device. Entering details or generating the email does not automatically send them to Roshposh. You choose whether to send the email using your email service. Downloaded or copied pitch files are controlled by you.
Direct website submissions
Where direct website submission has been enabled, the form sends your pitch to the website server and displays a receipt only after the server confirms storage. The server may process a session cookie and limited technical information, such as a hashed network address, to protect the form from abuse. The deployment must be configured to store pitches outside the publicly accessible website folder.
Use and access
Information received is used to consider and respond to enquiries, manage potential collaboration and protect the website. Hosting and email providers may process information while operating those services. Submissions are not made public by this website.
Retention and requests
Information should be retained only while needed for enquiry handling, an agreed relationship or applicable obligations. Contact the email above to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion. Some information may need to be retained for legitimate record-keeping requirements.
Links and media
The site links to third-party stores. Those sites have their own privacy notices. The supplied site files do not add advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Media in this package is served from the site folder.
Updates
This notice may change when website functionality or data-handling practices change. The site owner should keep this notice aligned with the actual hosting, submission and retention arrangements.
